@xrpcafe xPunKats are everything, you have to open the box to know for sure.

1/ So, it turns out the minting issue originated with the Juno v11 upgrade. We didn't catch it earlier, because it was only affecting minting txs, not sale txs. The v11 upgrade reduced the gas limit per block by 90%. The minting tx was exceeding the new limit.
