Don’t listen to the critics, and why would you anyway especially with a summer blockbuster… Overall Jurassic World Rebirth is a pretty fun movie and I think worth seeing on the big screen.

Yeah most charge “marketing expenses“ too and do little to no actual marketing. And then also they want long license terms (7 to 15 years) with no MG. Don’t do it….
please spread this post: filmmakers, don't let a digital company / streamer lure you in if they're not going to do marketing for your movie. what they are really doing is buying the digital rights to your movie. so they can use them for. who knows what. down the road. .

A lot of my favorite memories of movies are centered around the music in them. That’s one reason on my latest film I rolled the dice and spent (a lot) more money to license a few popular songs. We’ll see if it pays off with audiences once released (date TBA).

Not sure I’ve seen a “net production budget” number promoted before? The widely known budget of this film was $75M. Seems like perhaps the studio “lowered” it for… marketing reasons? Kinda weird.

Did @Vimeo wake up from their slumber? . They’ve definitely been asleep at the wheel for quite a while when it comes to their TV apps. Good to see this, I hope they update/fix the Roku one as well. Was always baffling they shuttered these apps in the first place.
