In the history of Black Canyon only 17 men had run under 8 hours on the full course. In 2025 alone, 11 men ran under 8 hours.

Prior to 2025, only 7 women had run sub 9 hours on the full course. In 2025, 7 women ran under 9 hours.

Tara Dower (8:25:08) and Emkay Sullivan (8:48:50) round out your Women's Podium at the 2025 Black Canyon Ultras presented by Hoka. Lin Chen in 4th just under 2 minutes behind Sullivan will earn the final Golden Ticket spot since Riley Brady already has a spot into Western States.
