Another data point that shows France's focus paying off at #WMTRC2025: 14 top-10 finishers (U20 not included). This works out to 32.56% of their registered athletes finishing in the top 10. Kenya was at ~50% with a clear continued focus on the mountain races.

Here's when Tom Evans decisively built his lead on Ben Dhiman climbing from Arnouvaz to Gran Col Ferret. From this point on Tom extended his lead over the entire field by throwing down the fastest split in race history from Courmayeur to the finish in Chamonix (10:53:38).
