ICYMI. Hycroft filed an 8-K today 07-30-2025 with item 7.01, a "fair disclosure" statement & Exhibit 99.1 (a press release). Fair disclosure means Hycroft communicated its drill plans to an interested third-party (a buyer?). Under SEC rules it had to inform investors as well.
