@fepblue As a 38 year old breast cancer patient, the results of oncotype testing are critical to my care. As in, life or death. @fepblue is actively impacting my health outcome because they do not understand the words prior authorization??? It's been six weeks! That's too long! Fix it!

.@fepblue why in the world do you not understand prior authorization? Apparently the reason BCBS will not approve my prior authorization request is because they think its a retroactive authorization request. Why do your reviewers not understand their literal job?

@fepblue .@fepblue is saying the clock to authorization review will begin AGAIN once they have all information. But, the information they say they need *has already been confirmed to be in their hands*. In real time, I'm being told they have no record of info prior to two weeks ago.

@fepblue .@fepblue what are you doing? This is insane, we submitted the auth request the first week of April. I can't believe it's been 6 weeks and you will not respond to testing for my tumor. Who can I call? I'm tired of my team being told different things. I want to live ffs.

@fepblue .@fepblue is supposed to respond within 15 days for oncotype testing requests. It has been SIX WEEKS. I know it's cheaper if I die, but giving me the runaround week after week requesting information you confirm with my oncologist office you indeed have makes no sense.

I literally cannot proceed with life-saving treatment because @fepblue will not respond on the authorization request for my oncotype test. They have the pathology report, the serial number of the tumor itself, and the testing location, yet they will not respond. WHAT DO I DO???

I've been waiting SIX WEEKS for my health insurance to approve oncotype test for my breast tumor. This test determines if I need chemo. @fepblue has repeatedly said they don't have info we sent, forced us to resubmit the request, and won't meet today's deadline to respond.
