Today was shoulders day in my modest basement gym. Started out very slow but my son Tom helped provide some motivation and we ended up with a good workout. This was the final set of overhead dumbbell presses when I was completely cooked.

@BiggestComeback We don’t stop leaning in with smoking cessation; we expect ambivalence and relapse and keep re-offering help. Lifestyle change deserves the same chronic-care mindset: keep the door open, adjust the plan, reduce friction, and re-engage without blame.
