This is Felix, one of our barn cats. Took about 5 years before he would approach us. By the end of his days he was sleeping with the dogs and on my lap.

I noticed 2 more "casino" domains sold in the past week.
More US legalized gambling is coming in the next election cycle.
I have not checked but [casino/s] + states/cities that are making plans to legalize may be a good opportunity for geo domain investments.

Perhaps not telling a prospect that owning the EMD will save $$, but will strengthen their position.
Existing type-in traffic may appear sudden, that's not enough, but it's a start.
Ranking and traffic takes time for any domain, and results vary, be open about that.
