You are shocking @RoyalMailHelp we have one delivery a week in East Oxford, and it is often a week late. The @NewStatesman is always the previous week. I requested a @SMARTYMobileUK over a week ago and it hasn't arrived. @RoyalMail why is your service so awful?.

Based upon the advice @CrossCountryUK gave me here I emailed customer service 10 days ago. They have just responded stating that they can only look into my concerns if they have a copy of the tickets. It was 10days ago. Tickets long gone. Shocking customer service @CrossCountryUK.

What sort of upbringing does a person have to behave in such a way. The absolute definition of entitlement and selfishness. And of course it's a crappy SUV and of course it has a personalised numberplate.
Driver: Shall we visit University Parks? .Passenger: Okay, shall we Park & Ride.Driver: No, there's some fantastically wide pavements right by the main gate. Passenger: aren't pavements for people, not cars?! .Driver: . Parks Road

If this is how services treat Baronesses, imagine how they treat others, like @HaywoodMatias.

This is the sort of comment which defines our society. The self. It completely misses the point of the complaint, and focuses on what should be better for the individual. This is why we do not have good services, fundamentally.
@bigdamo @CrossCountryUK If it affects you so much maybe plan better in advance and look at other ways to get to your destination. I mean you only know of the bank holidays at least a year in advance.
