I really think that instead of summoning #DeSci projects it's time to summon #DeScientists. Like real ones: #PhDs, postdocs, RAs. Not marketing people & biz devs. We need more builders/researchers & less PR/managers, Lived Experience Experts, more brains & less brands. MERCI.
