When we were building STRCH, I had the same jitters you get with anything new, will it work, will people actually buy, did we make the right call? I had decades of textile knowledge, but I wanted more than just selling cloth. I wanted to make activewear that actually fits Indian

3/ Margins & profitability: Delivery on Zepto/Blinkit eats 30–50% of your profit per order. That means your product should still have 40–50% gross margin after factoring delivery costs. If your profit is too low, Q-Commerce will burn cash fast. Don’t chase speed over

1/ Quick commerce is tempting but it’s not for every brand. Jumping too early can burn money, hurt margins, and create operational chaos. Q-Commerce works when your D2C brand already has steady online sales, repeat customers, and some brand awareness. If you haven’t proven

Japan has fewer people, but they’re willing to pay more for premium, well-made snacks. Add in an ageing population that prioritizes health and taste and you get a market that’s surprisingly big despite the small population.
Japan has a $9B savoury snacks market which is surpsingly larger than India's at $7B Japan has 10% of India's population, that is ageing severly, which means they spend more per capita Perhaps they have much higher quality snacks, that are expensive but also less unhealthy

If you run multiple campaigns for the same keyword and product, you’re basically bidding against yourself. Amazon’s system won’t stop that. You’ll just split data and spend more for the same results. Best move: -See which campaign gives the best clicks and conversions. -Shift
I'm in a tricky spot with my Amazon ad campaigns. I have a few campaigns for the same keyword and same product (created at different times) and they all are doing well. I was told not to worry about duplicates because their algorithm handles it, but now the opinion is it's a
