The winner of the data scientist award will be from a small, medium or enterprise level company and will be able to balance technical nuances across domains of data, math/stats, machine learning and software as well as connecting them to business context and value.

The trailblazer award is open to a woman in any organisation that can demonstrate how her success and technical aptitude has inspired and opened doors for other women to follow in her footsteps.

Reflecting on the journey of 2022 and the first half of 2023, it's been a rollercoaster of ups and downs with significant changes in my life. However, amidst it all, I feel fortunate to be a part of the @women_in_ai , where AI and diversity are at the core of our shared passion.

I often encourage people to get in touch with people who work in their desired position in a desired company to network and learn how to strengthen their CVs to land their dream job. However, delivery of this intent and attitude of the person is crucial here.

Someone that I never met before recently got in touch with me to 'make me' find them a position in the company I work for. As they believe they have a strong CV, they also added that I need to contact the HR to check for unannounced positions. Are you serious?.
