Pt3. They also ensured the station I was getting off at were aware of my journey so I had assistance the other end. Overall I have to commend the staff on being trained to notice invisible disabilities despite the misuse of the sunflower lanyards and am extremely grateful

Pt2. The staff member I believe was a male called Andrew, he assisted with my bags to a seat as there were several delays and cancellations then assisted further to the platform and ensured I had the relevant help onto the train

Pt1. Had the train home yesterday after spending a few days with some of my family and for the first time ever the sunflower lanyard scheme was used as it’s supposed to. I had a member of staff in Swansea train station approach myself and ask if I needed assistance 🌻 @tfwrail
