Time to head back into the office. Today I want to see if I can get the MDRv2 (Managed Data Region) SMBIOS blob working via EDK2 to OpenBMC, and figure out why it's reporting the max CPU speed as 24GHz. Stretch goal is to get PMBus info being shown in bmcweb.

It's not yet accepting data EDK2 tries to send during boot, but I got OpenBMC to parse system information from a manual SMBIOS dump today.
