I love that he first makes the mind your own business point and then asks if the person in front is ok and commends the other person further taking care of their neighbor. Showing explicitly that minding your own business isn’t about not caring.
Gov. Walz: We respect our neighbors and the personal choices they make, even if we wouldn't make the same choices for ourselves. There's a golden rule, mind your own damn business!
