Day 7 and Mr. Potato Head is already full! Every time we work together as a class, follow directions, or get a class compliment from an adult we add a piece! When he’s full, we celebrate with a “potato” chip party. Now the fun part begins… Tomorrow he starts over! #1stgrade

Our class has really been struggling with circling 2 groups and creating a # bond. Today we chose some friends and wrapped them up in groups, making sure every person was in a group. Then we created a number bond. Our class had so much fun and had many laughs! #1stgrade #math

Last year I came across a video of @ProvenPrincipal talking about an “Amazing Race” opening school activity for his teachers. Right away I told my leadership team “we are doing this next year!” It was a hit! All the Ts and families involved loved it! Great way to start the year!
