2nd @lufthansa lost my bag @EDI_Airport, 4th SMS to say its with me in pm so changed plans - nothing. 5th SMS at 4pm says it would come at 2pm - bit late! Was sent a URL and contact number for the courier - neither work. I'm running out of pants! What should I do?
