@donatus_gwer @stripe @Shopify Once you're dashboard finds the dispute, merchants should block the bad customers and throw them onto our blacklist. Pairing Blox with solutions like yours can go a long ways! (p.s. we're only on Shopify)

We're using the @heybloxapp API to cross-check all these data points and make sure users claiming discounts are truly first time customers. It builds a graph that connected Shopify customers that are in fact the same person. What other use cases are there for an API like this?

At this point everybody knows they can change their email address to use a welcome offer... but it's a lot of friction to change an email, phone, IP, shipping address, billing address, credit card, etc.

I know this sounds harsh, but what Disputifier did with the access tokens is one of the stupidest fumbles I've seen. And now the other apps in the space will suffer as a result too.
