Can’t recommend the Disputifier Shopify app enough…

From now using Disputifier, Chargeblast or any other Dispute Prevention Software seems pointless? Seems like all chargebacks will be counted towards the chargeback rate, even the ones that never reached Shopify??? Ridiculous...
