I’ve undergone a transformation since my first marathon. I’ve been lifting like a monster, gone from 145 pounds to 160, run more vert in the last 2 weeks than in my entire career, run trails in the dark, crushed my legs on downhills, and tried to reach a summit daily. 3/4.

I’ve been motivated by one thing in my career: to push myself into the unknown and find the limits of my body, mind, and spirit. That made this an easy decision - some might not understand, but it’s not for them. 2/4.

As you might’ve noticed from the old @Strava account… I won’t be running the Olympic Marathon Trials. Instead, on March 18th, I’ll make my 100-mile debut at the @WolfCreekTC Rabid Raccoon. 1/4

This grant will allow us to foster even more sustainable programming - expanding engagement efforts as we distribute track & field gear through Recovered Running and planting trees as the Fast Forest continues to celebrate every US athlete who has broken 4 / 4:30 in the mile.

So excited to accept this year’s @olympics Climate Action x Athlete Advocacy Award, as well as an Athletes for Good grant (supported by @proctergamble) for my work with @endless_mileage !!

Can someone please explain why @EliudKipchoge can have bottles handed to him while every other goon in the field has to swipe their bottles off the tables? From what I can tell it looks like it’s allowable in the rules to hand a bottle off, so why is no one else doing this?

Familiar with the second @fkerley99 took to gather himself before facing media & appreciate his candor on screen. Am a firm believer that athletes deserve a moment of privacy when everything goes wrong - an opportunity to collect themselves & come back ready to face the questions.
