Today we went to the Moon and came back to earth! I am at a loss for words for all the support I have received from all over the world.
Thank you to all who gave me the opportunity. Asante.
Limits are there to be broken. By you and me together.
I can say that I am beyond happy today that the official world record is once again faster. Thank you to all the runners in the world that inspire me every day to push myself.
The Olympic dream is a special dream. For every athlete here it has taken a lifetime of preparation to get to this point. Today I lived my Olympic dream. I always say that sport is like life, whereby you can win and lose. But today was a day where I won.
What an amazing day!
I want to thank my coach Patrick Sang, my team mates, my management, Nike and NN. A special thank you to my fans for your support!
Dear Mr. Obama, Thank you for your special words. In life we hope to inspire others. Thank you for inspiring me. It would be my greatest honour if we could meet, and discuss how we can make this world a running world. As a running world is a peaceful world.

Yesterday, marathoner Eliud Kipchoge became the first ever to break two hours. Today in Chicago, Brigid Kosgei set a new women’s world record. Staggering achievements on their own, they’re also remarkable examples of humanity’s ability to endure—and keep raising the bar.
I live for the moments where I get to challenge the limits. It’s never guaranteed, it’s never easy. Today was a tough day for me. I pushed myself as hard as I could but sometimes, we must accept that today wasn’t the day to push the barrier to a greater height.
After 25 kilometers my ear blocked and it couldn't open anymore. But this is how sport is, we should accept defeat and focus for the winning next time.
Thanks for the support.
I am so proud to win in the streets of Tokyo, where the people have running in their heart and minds. It’s great to now have won 4 out of the 6 Abbott World Marathon Major races. Finally, I want to say I want this world to unite. My win today is to bring positivity in this world.
To be the first one winning the Berlin Marathon five times is something that I could only dream of. We have so much history together whereby I cannot put into words the feeling I get when running these streets. Thank you to all the fans out on the course today.
I am very excited to be here in the Olympic village in Japan.
It is great that we are able to run the Olympic marathon in these unusual times. On Sunday, I will try to defend my Olympic marathon title from Rio de Janeiro. I cannot wait to witness a wonderful event. Niko tayari.
Lewis, many congratulations on making history by winning your 92nd grand prix race. I believe that No Human Is Limited, and your story and achievements in Formula 1 are proof of that. Thank you for everything you are doing.
Today I would like to share another book that I really enjoyed: ‘Atomic habits’.
It taught me about the importance of small habits, consistency, time keeping, self-discipline, good planning, and preparation. All valuable lessons that help me to achieve my goals.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet and inspire 40 Nike members at the Nike Home of Running to have the courage to push beyond their limits. The human race just got faster and my pair of AF%2 is the gift I will leave behind to motivate the runners of Berlin in the future.
Twenty years ago, Nike and I became partners in running. Since 2003, Nike has played a crucial role in my career, providing inspiration and innovation. Together, we've brought these elements to every athlete in the world.
Monday was a special celebration as we unveiled the…
I can say I successfully defended my Olympic title. I want to share thanks to the people of Japan and the Olympic organization for an incredible job in making these Olympics happen.
