funniest thing about the pearl clutchers of the online Christian world is that they’ll see someone who is posting “1183” specifically just to get a rise out of that pearl clutcher and will give them exactly the rise they wanted. I could wish for smarter enemies.

I believe this (along with many other of the things Conley discusses in the Dorean Principle are incredibly important for modern Christians (especially in the online content generation era) to think through, even if they don’t come to his same conclusions.

just had a bite to eat at a little restaurant. the food was fantastic and the drinks were perfect and the bill was about $30 less than I expected it to be. part of me is pleasantly surprised but another part of my is angry because we could, and should have this everywhere.
