Our unwillingness to endure pain by looking only to Christ is one of the greatest distractions to the Presence-centered life. God always gives us champions, like Spurgeon and Joni, to help us see it is possible by God's strengthening and grace.
Charles Spurgeon also said, “I am certain that I never did grow in grace one-half so much anywhere as I have upon the bed of pain. Where God takes such pains to teach, we ought to be at pains to learn.”. May we rest our heads on the pillow of God's sovereignty when we suffer!

God is moving in unusual numbers of students around the nation. We are in the foothills of a nation-wide spiritual awakening I believe. What's happening is almost identical to what happened during the Jesus Movement in the 70's. I have the joy of being in both!.
Over 200 teenagers made professions of faith in Jesus for SALVATION last night at Student Life in Wilderness at the Smokies!!!. Let’s go, Church!.Rejoice!.God is raising up a Generation!. #RevivalGeneration #InHisName

God is moving in the same explosive way that He did during the Jesus Movement in the 70's. It is an answer to millions of prayers and right in line with the blessing of revival and awakening He has sent to our nation every 30-60 years since its beginning. Hallelujah for His mercy.
