Great visual! We can switch out #Edtech with any innovation & still get the same results-UNLESS we support the change in people & systems.

Don’t wait for your district to offer a training. Don’t wait for your school to “develop” you. You’re a talented professional and can take ownership of your learning. Take full advantage of what your school offers, but be a continuous learner. Own your learning. #FutureDriven

Be honest, truthful, and altruistic. If you concern yourself with taking care of others, there’ll be no room for lies, bullying and cheating. If you’re truthful you can live transparently, which will enable you to establish trust, the basis for making friends.

If we want to see IMPROVED outcomes for our clients/students/patients/families, we NEED to be willing to CHANGE the system. The good news is that we know HOW to do it. Implementation science offers that guidance. #implementation #implesci
