When I meet people, I just think of myself as another human being, I donโt think about being a Buddhist, a Tibetan or the Dalai Lama, just a human being โ I find itโs easier to make friends that way. And I find that a smile is a true expression of friendship.

Thank you for all the love and care you have shown my brothers. I didnโt even realise how special they are. Iโll just be walking with them and cracking jokes with them, not even knowing God kept me in the presence of great men. 100% itโs tough for me, but I know itโs even tougher
