Fit check while I am in Idaho

I have been trying to get in better shape, this treadmill lives under my desk and each day I use it while I am working. Currently my goal is 2 MPH or higher, 30 minutes minimum, and 2 times a day (more if I have time and have not done a lot of physical activity).

While working in the garden this morning I helped the snail colony back to their home and found this little guy! I made sure to put him on the biggest yummy leaf.
