As a former #DreamWorks employee, this is wildly tone deaf. NBCUniversal forced DWA to cut its staff by the hundreds & outsource to studios in other countries. Maybe the execs are happy, but def not the workers. And the free food was way better when DWA wasn't owned by NBCU.

The phasing out of DVDs / rise of streaming culture is robbing us of all of the behind the scenes and bloopers footage. These things inspired A LOT of us to go into the arts and pursue working in the entertainment industry in any capacity.
