The ceremonial handing of the polo shirt back earlier this morning was a beautiful event. After a handshake as limp as a used condom, Rob handed back his box fresh polo shirt and thanked his master. Chris accepted the polo before saying āfarewell and cowabunga dudeā. #hiChris

Hurling appears to be a mix of UFC, rugby, hockey, football, baseball, the egg and spoon race all whilst hitting a snooker ball as hard as you can as high into the sky as possible towards goal with what looks like the bones of a tomahawk steak. 10/10. Would recommend #hurling.

On the day its announced the UK is in recession British Gas profits have rocketed from Ā£72m to Ā£751m in a year. Private companies yet again profiting at the expense of our communities. We desperately need to put people over profit & put an end to rampant profiteering.
