found a pretty major data bug it turns out almost every major dashboard has been double-counting Polymarket volume (not related to wash trading) this is because Polymarket's onchain data contains redundant representations of each trade. receipts ⬇️⬇️

I looked up at last 8 attestations by Tether going back to Dec 2023 and they always had non cash & cash equivalent backing for USDT so why are some on CT acting like it's something new? and these reports exclude assets from Tether Investments
The Tether folks are in the early innings of running a massive interest rate trade. How I read this audit is they think the Fed will cut rates which crushes their interest income. In response, they are buying gold and $BTC that should in theory moon as the price of money falls.
