Remember to solve for "Impact Mismatch" - and take up ownership of areas of high value to organization - remember being visible AND making impact to right areas is a deadly combination for professional growth. Of-course this is not the only way - but is definitely effective.

This gives you visibility. to most important meetings that discuss these areas of high impact - you will become a go-to person for some parts of it - and ensure that once you deliver something of value - you present it to the leadership along with the fellow owner.

Take ownership. Propose to take ownership of a new area that is not 100% within your domain but is related - offer help and you will be amazed how open others are to receive help. Ensure you setup clear goals of what you want to deliver.

Find coherence. Now reach out to contact persons / PMs of those critical areas and find common OKRs/Goals where your domain and their area overlaps. You may not find these overlaps for all 3 areas but you may find one atleast.

Listen and Observe. So what you should do next is be available at multiple places (meetings/gatherings/ 1:1s with people) and understand where is it that organization is really facing the real pain - make a list of 2-3 such areas and understand who's working on these areas.

Impact mismatch. simply means that the area that you're working on may not be of highest value and impact to the organization. You may take pride in your domain and deliver results, but your 100% effort is only a 1% in organization's scheme of things.
