Overall: complex features shipped, payments received, progress everywhere. Now I’m tired. Time to sleep and reset for tomorrow.

Spent some time today DM’ing founders as well — trying to line up high-ticket clients. Slow game, but consistency matters.

On the restaurant app side: Around 67% of the frontend is done. Trying to connect it with the backend now… getting a lot of errors (first mobile app pain 😅). Debugging is slow, but hopefully I’ll crack it tomorrow.

Also got good news from my Australian client today. Received my second-quarter payment since the product is ~80% ready. They loved the design so much they even paid extra. That honestly meant a lot.

Next up for this product: Building a CRM for PG owners, so they can manage leads and listings properly. That’s coming next.

Big update on the real-estate SaaS: I’ve now added the PG architecture. So brokers + PG owners can list their properties on the same platform. First time I’ve built something this complex — but it’s finally shipped

Day 12 of 100 Days of Building Long day, but a good one. After a lot of confusion and back-and-forth, I finally resolved the conflicts and pushed the code to production.

My vibe-coding stack (2025): → Claude (for writing clear PRDs) → Perplexity (research + clarity) → Antigravity (building full web apps) → Qoder (building mobile apps) → Vercel (deploy & done) → Stripe (payments sorted) → Spotify + a couple cups of coffee ☕ #buildinpublic

And yes… I also edited my next podcast episode, uploaded a reel clip, and published the podcast on Spotify with proper details — all today.

Lately, I feel like I’m less of a coder and more of a product manager. I design, plan, review, and guide — the coding part is mostly handled by AI tools now. Productivity is on another level. #ProductManagement #IndieHackers

Of course, it wasn’t perfect. There were bugs. So I grabbed a coffee ☕ and started guiding each AI to fix issues one by one

Now imagine this — 3 AI agents working in parallel. After 30 minutes, I literally took a nap When I woke up… most of the work was already done.

At the same time, I opened Qoder again for another real-estate SaaS project. Client wanted PG listings along with rental listings in the same app. I designed the architecture and asked Qoder to build it.

While Qoder was working on that… I opened another client project, uploaded the change document to Antigravity, and gave it instructions to handle the updates.

And guess what… Within 2–5 minutes, Qoder generated the entire React Native app code for me. All at once. I’m using React Native + Expo for this project. Mind blown. #ReactNative #mobiledev

I started my day by creating a very detailed PRD for my real-estate SaaS client’s app. Once the PRD was ready, I installed Android Studio and uploaded the PRD to Qoder
