Baltimore, the news is true, we’re bringing back WEEKLY RECYLING the first full week of March. We needed to do this in a way that’s sustainable, which meant aligning three things: the workforce, the fleet, and the routes.

That's THREE new monthly "stat" meetings launched in the second half of 2023 - ProcurementStat, PermitStat, and Grants Management. We're expecting some meaningful improvements in all three mission critical areas for the City in 2024. Coming in HOT in the new year!
Yesterday, under the leadership of @FaithPLeach and @DM_JWilliams we launched PermitStat alongside our partner agencies, marking a significant stride towards enhancing the City of Baltimore's permitting process. Together, we're committed to fostering progress and efficiency.
