Accept that life can be a rollercoaster but know you can make the ride smoother by being an ethical person, surrounding yourself with the same and making good life decisions. Don't let life overwhelm you. You have more control than you can imagine.

Even if you're 100% right, pointing at someone else for your problems won't do a thing to improve your life. Life can be unfair but you only make it worse when you search for answers outside of yourself. Whatever it is, adjust, adapt and overcome.
