What is wrong with Kerala??
Yes Bihar is poor and messed up in a lot of ways mainly because of state & central govt but you still don’t see stuff like these happening there. Even with all that money what makes y’all turn into terrorists? .What’s the difference between y’all and Pakistanis at this point?

Bangladesh is 3.6 times richer than Bihar, even after dumping all of South India's money into the state. Let that sink in.

Basically when you introduce indigenous safety agencies you make the safety norms more strict like Euro NCAP and ANCAP, not the other way around. It’s been ages since I’ve seen someone hustle so hard for their business partners.

Let me add BNCAP into this too. Earlier Indian cars were tested by GNCAP, an independent int org. People started prioritising safety & began buying safer cars, it obviously hurt some brands. So a less strict desi version ‘BNCAP’ was introduced just to help them get better scores.

And it’s not just that, if your engine isn’t E20 compliant even if it supports E10/something else it’s still gonna get messed up over time. I’m not even considering older vehicles that weren’t made for high ethanol in the first place. Nobody changes their car every 3–4 years (1).
Hey @kapsology this is my experience. 17.1 kmpl in March 2025 and 12.5 kmpl on 1st Aug. Same trip, same driving conditions, but this saw a 25% decrease in mileage. The arrogance of this govt while taking the most cruel and inconsiderate decisions, making us suffer is
