#instacart how am I supposed to improve if I do t know what is wrong. Why is there no way to dispute a low rating that is effecting the amount of money I can earn.

I asked them about that. If you can get around having to leave a reason by giving a low rating how does it help anyone to improve. I just get the canned answer that I shouldn’t worry because after a 100 batches it will fall off. This has been a know issue for years.

#instacart what’s the uproar of having a shopper rating when the person can give a low rating but no reason why. How are you supposed to improve if you don’t know what’s wrong.
