Other team coach fights an umpire in the middle of a playoff PBR event (NPI) at LP and causes an almost hour delay (up 1-0 through 4 innings). Zero ramifications for other team and our arm gives up 3 the next inning after having to sit there while they find an umpire. Brutal.

Makes tons of sense. So you leave to take less money and play for a worse line and worse play makers. Got it.
There is truth that Nico’s (camp) was frustrated with the offense, but my intel pointed to that frustration being about OL/WR personnel and an assistant coach. Tennessee didn’t do enough to make Nico’s camp comfortable, so more money was demanded.
