Lately, I’ve noticed a growing trend on social media of people who oversimplify what it means to be a school leader. I get where it comes from. People want quick answers, catchy soundbites, and clear takeaways. But leadership, especially in education, is anything but simple.

My 4x2 team finished 3rd in state at the State Indoor Track meet last week with a time of 1:46.09 and I finished 8th in the long jump: 15-11.75!! Also got to run with my teammates @AmayaGreen50 @JaiceyHarty08 @KaraCrews10 and @lily_lowery10
