PL-15 lacks HoJ mode and its Rmax/NEZ inferior to METEOR cos Chinese 607 Institute and MBDA sent their classified info to Wolfpack aka Wolev Clan about missiles they developed.
Pakistan has recieved PL-15E BVR AAM from China, it has a range of 145 km (Its Rmax and NEZ is inferior to Meteor), but is still significant.
Compared to PL-15, the export version PL-15E lacks HoJ mode among others.
