Yes there are a number of historical unreported High Court decisions. @HighCourtofAus and @austlii are developing a project to digitize them all and publish them. Watch this space. Also planning to do all available historical transcripts.

Just in! On Wednesday the High Court will deliver its reasons in Ralph Babet & Clive Palmer’s failed attempt to re-register the UAP before the federal election They lost their case back in Feb and next week the High Court will publish the reasons why!
