A reverese Coleman medal for key backs. Safety of the year award - intercept defender . @Brodiesmith33 award for most metres gained . Give all areas of the backs some love!!.Underpaid and overworked backs!.
I’m obviously biased but feel the AFL should bring in a Defensive Player of the Year award . Mids have the Brownlow, forwards have the Coleman…. Should be something to give love to the backmen 👊🏼.

If you come from a place of care. Build support for the athlete to have more than you to rely on, and you have open and honest conversation to make the model look like coach and Athelte centred - the mitigation of hurt might just be decreased. It’s never erased, just decreased.
So here is a dilemma coaches who operate especially in high performance sport may be facing:. I really want, have, need, must, should, ought to stretch & push my athlete/s though what if I challenge them to the point I cause unintended harm, hurt physical/psychological. Thoughts?

AFL: The head is sacrosanct . Also AFL: If you lower your height by an inch we are ok for your head to be removed from your shoulders.

Ruin training??? Playing the game is better leaning than training! How bout don’t ruin the game ??.
NSW local councils are the most piss weak bunch of pricks i have ever encountered. They called off junior footy once again at our local ground because “We don’t want to rip up the ground and ruin training” Sun is out today and they have just cancelled training. Absolute gronks 🤦♂️.

You’re Not just a pretty face Lach! Workers can just use normal sick leave as required. Less people stressing about unpaid leave, or having to fill in $ reimbursements. Maybe put sick days up 5 from whatever is in peoples job specs…. Doesn’t help people without specs but a start.
At what point do we scrap the testing, and we treat omicron like the flu or common cold. You have symptoms you stay home and wait until you feel better. Why do we have to get tested and a positive result to justify the you’re sick. Waste of time, money and resources. #Covid_19.
