What's important about this publication is not just that contact matters, but that the overall level of hemolysis is very low with PulseSelect. De Smet et al in Europace published that hemolysis is same between Farapulse and Varipulse - about 2X more than PS. Details matter.

Fascinating work. Real therapeutic targets would be such a change to just destroying the entire heart with ablation. Reversible electroporation with protein or drug delivery may be the real future.

My approach to redo ablation is identification of such sinus rhythm late potentials as well. Very nice work.
