Hey @harvard — maybe you could do this across the whole university? Salary minimum at FAS/SEAS is still $52K and doesn’t even increase over time…
finally a significant salary increase for HMS postdocs: starting at $60k in 2023. I hope institutions like @BrighamWomens take note & follow suit @bwh_postdocs (because fun fact you can be an HMS affiliate in an HMS building & be subject to a completely different pay scale!)
