This oat milk craze makes me laugh. Non-diabetics are using CGM's and fasting to avoid glucose spikes but pounding oat milk and calling it Oatzempic. It's baffling and also kind of hilarious.

Do you think they can tell we're high?

This jolts decision is such a disappointment though predictable. As a patient, my choices are: smoke until I have asthma, use capsules or oils and have 💩🤢💩🤢, or eat sugary edibles despite my diabetes. It's an impossible choice. Jolts were discrete & side effects free for me💔
