Pay for a home inspection at the end of a rehab so you're not caught off guard when things come up on your buyer's inspection. U can get ahead of it in case there are items that scare off buyers. Learned the hard way. I now get them inspected b4 listing, especially on older homes

I like renovations but I love wholesaling.
Fixing and Flipping isn’t as fun as y’all think. Imagine making flip money without fixing anything. Easy work.
