Happy #TeacherAppreciationWeek! I am so fortunate to work with so many amazing teachers. One of my best memories as a teacher was unloading my students in dwntwn Boston for a FT, right around the Sandy Hook tragedy. Person walking by thanked me for what I do. TY, teachers! ❤️

Lets consider how to shift classroom practices to engage those who are more introverted
Instead of noting a deficit (e.g. “She needs to speak up more in class discussion”), frame a student’s strengths (e.g., “She is an insightful student who thinks deeply and thoughtfully before responding”).
