Did any testing of the new system take place? It is hard to fathom how it has gone so wrong. And rather than further meaningless apologies, or letting me know you've added additional people who don't know what they're doing and can't help (not their fault) to the phone lines. .

I'd love to be able to pay some suppliers so a major event isn't in jeopardy, and actually run staff payroll so my team get paid. Is this too much to ask from a bank? Presume you'll be compensating any losses as a result of this absolute shambles?.

And the new user authority levels (payment initiator is also first authoriser) shows a complete lack of understanding of how financial controls in charities (your apparent specialism) actually works.

When one member of the team briefly had access (now gone again) it's clear the 'upgrade' is actually a massive step backwards with a poorly designed, amateurish website (which at least is consistent with your customer service).

It's clear this has been an unmitigated disaster, and looking at the latest update on your website you appear to be faffing around with a Quickbooks integration rather than solving far more important issues like actually granting access to customers.
