5. Some people just absolutely do. not. care. about ethics. If something (or someone) is a tool for them to use to get ahead, no matter it's origins, it's fair game. See also, sociopaths. 🤷‍♀️

4. And in the case of @LazenbyBrown and other agencies employing the current form of AI generated imagery: please, do better.

3. Clients commissioning work, as well as agencies and creatives, who are enamoured by the surface veneer of this new technology. Please employ basic diligience on the developmental background and implications of its use.

2. It is exhausting to have these discussions. The conversation is neccessary but it ain't healthy to be submerged in it to the exclusion of all else. Look after yourselves and one another.

Some other thoughts: 1. I am encouraged and empowered by all the folks out there who get the issue and are standing up, speaking out, pushing for education and legislation, or just making their voices heard -- sincerely good on you all. Love and solidarity.

My only moral and ethical standpoint is to reject it and call it out, just as I would with someone offering stolen goods.
