Hey,@WhatsApp what feature are you planning to stop the #Spam msgs?Even after sending STOP,msgs keeps coming.Can you make it mandatory for Biz A/C to stop msging upon receiving a STOP,a default automation handled at WhatsApp's end?Isnt a good feature to ensure the user's privacy?

@loophealthHQ Their c-care executive is shameless to say the "assigned person is shy, hence no call back has happened". They can only act upon and solve issues with escalations. They claim that your docs verified and still riverts back saying missing document 2/3.
