Between Mpererwe and Gayaza (9.5km) I counted 23 petrol stations. That's almost 3 petrol stations for every kilometer. Is this development or investment (supply) or poor planning or many cars to fuel (demand)? @CNOOCUgandaLtd @TotalEnergies @EACOP_ @UIPE_Uganda @UgArchSociety
