@desamandes hmmm, i’m not sure bc i’ve only used him a few times so far + i still need more iron on top of this, but i can tell that he does actually work to add iron. probably couldn’t hurt if u are iron deficient bc he’s made for 5 years/2,000 uses. which for me will be the rest of my life.
